Bayley Mifsud, the artist behind Merindah-Gunya, is a proud Kirrae and Peek Wurrong woman of the Gundjitmara nation living on Bunurong Country in Naarm (Melbourne), Victoria.
Her art continues the ancient tradition of storytelling through creative expression. The collection portrays the story of her life, which encompasses not one singular story but an array to highlight the depth of different experiences of Aboriginal peoples.
